The Mid-West 1/10th Off Road Region - Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday the 8th of December 2009, starting promptly at 7:30pm

This meeting will be attended by your club representative(s) however, if there is something you wish to raise at the meeting, be it a rule proposal or just a point for discussion you are welcome to come along but understand that space is limited. If any of you have any (sensible only please!) rule proposals for the mid west in 2010, or something you want to bring to the committees attention, please send them onto me via email, giving a description of the rule, and your rationale/reasoning for wanting it changed or if its a new rule, introduced. These must be submitted by November 28th at the latest please.
